Eric Guignard will be guest cheffing at The Barrington Boar alongside Alasdair for an evening of classic French Table dishes that will be wine paired expertly by Sarah Guignard

An Evening with Bruce Poole
A 3-course meal inspired by Alasdair's time at Chez Bruce (1 Michelin-starred restaurant in Wandsworth)
Bruce will play host for an evening that will kick off with canapes & a glass of English sparkling wine followed by 3 courses of classic Chez Bruce dishes that Alasdair learned during his time working for Bruce. The evening’s menu will be prepared by Alasdair and his team from The Barrington Boar. Signed copies of Bruce’s book “Bruce’s Cookbook’ will be available on the night.
